TRAINING
IHSS Member & Authorized Representatives Orientation
Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado (CDCO) provides training and support for the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) self-directed service delivery option. We help members and Authorized Representatives (AR) by giving them tools, training, and support.
We also work with Financial Management Services (FMS) contractors, other partner groups, and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to make sure the enrollment process goes smoothly and members have what they need.
Training that fits your schedule
CDCO offers online training for IHSS members and ARs. You can take the training when it works best for you. When you first log in, you’ll set up an account—after that, it’s easy to pick the trainings that fit your schedule.
