TRAINING

IHSS Provider Training

Consumer Direct Care Network Colorado (CDCO) provides training and support for the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) self-directed service delivery option. We help providers by giving them tools, training, and support to work with IHSS members.

We also work with Financial Management Services (FMS) contractors, other partner groups, and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to make sure the enrollment process goes smoothly and case managers have what they need.

Training that fits your schedule

CDCO offers online training for IHSS providers. To receive credit for training, every attendee will need to have their own unique login. No one may attend the session as a group or on one login. When you first log in, you’ll set up an account for Workday – after that, it’s easy to pick the trainings that fit your schedule.

How to register and sign up for Workday Learning:

Learn to care with confidence

Log in to Workday to complete your IHSS training. After attending training via Microsoft Teams, you have two attempts to pass the post‑training assessment with a score of 80% or higher. Once all lessons are completed and you pass the post‑training assessment, you may download your certificate by following the instructions below.

IHSS helps people take charge of their own care. CDCO supports this by offering training for Health First Colorado members, their caregivers, and the case managers who work with them. Our goal is to help you build the skills you need to do your work with confidence.
